Facts About Seishin Sekai In Naruto's Anime

Facts About Seishin Sekai
Seishin Sekai is the place where the Bijū can meet and interact with each other. This type of communication is different from that used by their Jinchūriki and Bijū, as there are no other seals or limits and can be accessed by all Bijū.

However, it takes the Jinchūriki for the Bijū to get into this subconscious. In addition, Bijū sealed elsewhere (Other than Jinchūriki) also can not enter this place. That is why Shukaku and Son did not exist when the Bijūs wanted to meet Naruto.

Shukaku is still sealed in the Gedō Mazō, as well as Son who is also re-sealed by Obito.

As far as is known, only the Bijū and its Jinchūriki can enter this place. Even Sharingan users like Obito cannot hear the Bijū conversations there, even though he is controlling them. The Sharingan can only enter the Jinchūriki subconscious, and it is impossible to reach this location (unless the person is also a Jinchūriki).

Although most of the Bijū no longer have the Jinchūriki, they can still enter Seishin Sekai through the Naruto intermediary who is the owner of the 9th Bijū chakra. Rikudō Sennin himself chose Naruto as the meeting place of the Bijū after the Great Shinobi IV War ended.
