Yagura 'Shinobi Strongest in Kirigakure'

Yagura is one of the Jinchūriki that is known to control the power of the Bijū. He can still even master his own consciousness despite being in vogue mode bijū version 2, where most Jinchūriki will lose personality when entering this level.
